Proto-type Palpatine deck as of the future launch of Legacies. Utilizing Taking Ground, I believe that the +2 on the roll in, can even the field when it comes to decks that have 4 dice. Papa Palp's dice have bigger sides, but the +2 can make up for one of his dice being blank. The upgrades are a work in progress. I do not believe the deck needs Force Speed but I may include a single copy if needed. Resilient is a new card that I believe can help to prevent mitigation from your opponent. Having Resilient on Papa Palp is good for two reasons. One, to remove one of his dice, you must use two mitigation; and two, when the first mitigation is used, you can get a better roll if your opponent uses a card like Overconfidence. They will use mitigation instead on your upgrade dice instead of his character dice, leaving his ability free to trigger when you resolve.
