This deck was built as part of a Spirit of Rebellion booster draft tournament between 6 friends. We each used a Rey and Kylo starter set and 18 Spirit of Rebellion boosters. As it turned out, this deck won 6 of 6 games, two of which included a Palpatine.
The Wingman card came out in half the games and was pretty useful. I found the Z6 Riot Control Baton and the Makashi Training combined with a Lightsaber upgrades pretty useful in dealing some damage. unfortunately I never got the rocket launcher out, just didn't have the economy for it.
