This deck will not do well with that many upgrades.. You can only have 3 per person, the rest are a waste of cards. You're better off putting more control events in there. |

With that amount of Specials on your die, you should be using Emperor's Throne Room. - Turn a Die to the Special Side, then Resolve it. -
