Changes reflect the decks need to ramp as quickly as possible in order to have a "killer" turn. The Guard obviously has two dice and provides mitigation in the short term. The Vibro-Arbir are awesomized with this deck. They cut down on the number of weapon slots you need. Tactical Mastery and Face the enemy should only be used once you are set up for a big turn.
