Here's a standard deck I built for those on a real budget. The deck features no legendaries at all, but could easily benefit from 2x Pulse Cannon and an Entangle if someone wanted to step things up a notch and throw in some extra dough! As is the deck can usually be put together for $10–15 depending on what you already have.

I love these boys, and hey, they aren't as bad as you'd think! For once we can actually abuse Enticing Reward and with a meta full of tiny characters, we can recycle bounties like mad. My favorite thing to do is to recycle Armor Plating from the grave multiple times to total an additional 6 or more health on 4-LOM.
