Why two Vandalize and only one desperate measures? Aphra loves doing damage to herself

@Bminnyyes that she does, I just think Vandalize is a much stronger card - the ability to hit upgrades as well is huge. It's possible this deck wants 2 of each, or to swap the numbers around, will have to test more.
