To me this deck is similar to Jyn/Cassian in the respect that you get both solid discard, and lots of damage potential, depending on how you want to play it. Hatching A Plan guarantees you can get to that 2 discard side on Tarkin - Grand Moff, and cards like Force Speed, Tactical Mastery, and All In let you cheat around your opponent’s removal. Between Snoke - Supreme Leader and Tarkin - Grand Moff you’ll have tons of focus, so you can do whatever you want. Use Snoke - Supreme Leader’s power action to rip 4 cards from their hand. Or use it on one of Tarkin - Grand Moff’s 2 indirect sides for a total of 4 indirect, then follow up with Tarkin - Grand Moff’s power action for another 4 indirect. Military Camp - Kaller is great cause both of your characters are leaders, so you can activate them both at the same time. Then if you have Conscript Squad, you activate that along with both of your characters all in one action. And of course Megablaster Troopers is all around amazing. And again, both characters are leaders so you’ll always have access to it’s extra First Order Stormtrooper dice.

I would recommend Salt Flats here, both for the consistency for your own rolls, and mitigation once you empty your opponent's hand. It has been a life saver in my Tarkin/Snoke build. In addition, if your opponent moves quicker than you do and blanks one of your dice with the power action, this is probably the best deck to utilize blanks as Tarkin can still nuke your opponent with them.
