I've never built a deck before, but I pulled three copies of Palp in the first few days of Convergence so I set about building around him. That being said, I am sure that there are reasons these cards aren't in someone else's decklist and I'd love to hear some suggestions.

@PowerTheThird Shaner will probably want you to replace Stifle, Imperialis, and one of your events for the It Binds All Things and Sith Teachings.
