This is a list I created based on Guns and Girls (see link above).

I've considered Force Storm in place of Force Lightning? I added Nightsister Coven as a mainstay for consistent damage and changed up the events a bit. I originally had Way of the Force (for Luce) and Hidden in Shadow x2 in my upgrades as well but decided on more removal on the event side...which still might need more at this point?

For Battlefields I'm wondering if Fort Anaxes with Guardian would help Talzin last longer? I also thought about Starship Graveyard to bring Force Illusion back into play a couple times and to help prevent milling.

definately 2x Force Throw. especially if you can roll it out first, it puts a lot of pressure on the opponent.

Nice deck, good HP and consistency.

I too love Force Throw. I think Force Lightning however isn't going to help much. It's even, and you're already at 6 evens, and it has two pay sides and I'm guessing you struggle a bit for s. I think with the Bow, Throw, Wave and Push, you should be good for upgrades.

I personally would drop:

1 No Questions Asked (it's even and a 2 swing for each die is pricey, especially if you're starved)

2 Nightsister Covens (sorry, I just don't think this card is worth it - 1 damage a turn maximum, and that's only if they roll a blank)

2 Force Lightnings;

And put in:

2 Force Jumps (I think this is a great damage mitigation card, especially in mono-blue - great against New Vader as you can guarantee the special with Talzin and it steps around his power action)

1 Force Throw (as @Ramin2-D2 said, this card is excellent, and it's more mitigation)

2 of either Deflect (good against Vader's Fist, Han/Qi'ra and even Greedo/Vader), Overconfidence (you're controlling 2 dice with this card) or Hidden Motive (you'll be up to 4 evens, which I think is the max I'd play in a Talzin deck, but this card is so good - it's guaranteed either removal or turn to a side you're happy with for 0s!).

I like Starship Graveyard but only in a fast deck or it's too much of a bonus for the opponent, and this deck isn't going to be fast - you certainly won't outpace Yoda/Leia. I love Rift Valley for Talzin as the downside of losing the claim isn't so bad, but if you feel that even this is proving a negative in a slow deck, Fort Anaxes is a solid choice, as if you win the roll-off at the very least you get guardians round 1.

The Force Jump is also a handy free upgrade on the Force Sensitive Outcast if you get damage on her.

Great thoughts, thanks for the ideas. I will ditch Coven and Force Lightning. I like Force jump as well and have been testing that recently. I also tested Speeder Scout which is an odd card, does great damage, has removal guaranteed every round with Talzins ability. Thoughts on that vs Dooku Solar Sailer? What about Hidden in Shadow? Worth it for the 1 shield ever round?

I'm not a huge fan of Speeder Bike Scout. I think the damage sides aren't great for the cost (the 3 side is a pay side). Yes, the removal is great, but to guarantee it you need to burn Talzin's ability, which I think is better spent on guaranteeing a Force Throw, which also does damage. Plus it's very reactive. You need to activate it, then activate Talzin, then you get to use it, 3 actions into the round, rather than 2 for Jump or Throw. I prefer the Sailer as the focuses and resource sides are great and the draw is very useful, though see if you have the resources to play it in testing.

Hidden In Shadow is slow but can be effective if you're not worried about speed. Again, worth testing, but me personally I'd probably leave it, but then I haven't tested it... it might shine for you, especially if you can drop it for free on a outcast, then next round over-write for a cost 3 upgrade for just one !

I think that makes a lot of sense. I put in two Solar Sailers bc I want those focus/credits/shields early in the game. I did include one Hidden Motive and settled on Rift Valley bc who gets tired of removal?? See the updates here: swdestinydb.com
