Tenacity in a 3 character deck? You're better off with Flank.

Flank only costs one resource, and does a similar thing. for -2 resources, it's much better. Especially when a third of your deck is 3-cost or above. Just my opinion.

Since all characters have sides, shouldn't Chance Cube be in the place of Scrap Heap? I mean, the Cube can generate resources faster with Maz Kanata - Pirate Queen hability right? And u'll get more dice to interact with Patience

Another mill deck such a good thing,not sure why people think this is a bad thing but I enjoy them, however, I find a few things that you need in this deck at least from my point view. First off for the Supports you really need to Bespin Wing Guard in this deck, because if you get down to your opponent only having 1 card (or he's doing the Ancient Lightsaber recycle to not loose) this card will help as your first action instead of trying to roll out and hit a mil to get rid of that one card, and yes I see you do have Secret Mission which is a good card in on it's own but with so many decks that run Friends in Low Places, Probe and Thrawn - Master Strategist, the chance of that card staying in your hand might be moot. Another card that should definitely be in this deck Heightened Awareness since you're playing General Rieekan - Defensive Mastermind you're using Caution which is awesome and of course Defensive Stance which is another great shield generator.

As for some cards you don't need I really don't think Don't Get Cocky, Secret Mission and definitely not Tenacity because you should always have more characters than them and thus never get a chance to use that card if you're keeping the mitigation up and of course the shields.
