As soon as you get landing crafts, discard to reroll, then use the battlefield at the end of the round to retrieve them. Have a few battledroids to the side, so when you roll a special on that landing craft, you're ready. whenever the separatist landing craft is in the discard pile, just retrieve it with the battlefield. The plan is to get as many battledroids into the game as possible, so that you can live longer. Just outlive your opponent, basically, aided by diplomatic immunity, and the battledroids.

You could run cheat to get the Landing Craft out of the discard pile after use if you don't get your battleground. Or run Finn at one die and ePoe2, which would give you focus dice to get the Landing Craft special. Or run Poe1 for his special and just discard the Landing Crafts for Battle Droids. |

Additionally, C-3PO will help you get out Battle Droids if the Landing Craft is in play. And I forgot to mention the greatest virtue of Finn/ePoe2 is that you could use Taking Ground as your glorious emperor suggested above. |

I run this deck ePoe2/Finn with taking ground. Poe's built in dice control helps a lot to make the landing crafts more reliable. |
