So the idea is easy - use Bala-Tik - Gang Leader and Greedo - Unlucky Mercenary as main damage engines. Bala with Leadership and gun or two, accompanied by Greedos great dice can kill some 8-11 HP char pretty easy. Then he just keeps on shootin. After he goes down redeploy to Greedo to force focus on him and trigger his ability. Ciena aside from giving tactical edge (Leadership,The Best Defense...,Tactical Mastery) is an emergency plan as finisher - cause with 9 hp and 3 guns (you should have 3 by the time Greedo dies) she can close the game out if needed.
