This deck is based around a concept I thought about when I remembered zac bunn evaluating upgrades "They spend most of their resources playing upgrades, and since they can’t afford the rest of the card in their hand, they usually discard most of them to re-roll dice. Once most decks spend their two resources on an upgrade, the rest of their cards are just dead weight."

The solution is to still play upgrades, but also play a large number of cards that cost 0. In total (excluding lightsaber pull) there are 15 0 cost cards in the deck. This way I can play my Ancient saber, Shoto saber and Rey's Lightsaber without worrying too much. Since I don't have many cards that cost resources the few 1 cost events I do play have a very high impact. Deflect and force illuion are obvious Force Misdirection is block 80% of the time AND can also be crazy with Kanan's focus side, focus to ranged damage Force misdirection all your ranged sides is a crazy play. High ground just happens to be the best remaining control card.

The 0s are designed to keep characters alive and deal direct damage. Since an alive qui-gon actually gets to swing another time. If Qui-gon gets to live to turn 3 the that is a huge boon and wins a lot of games on its own. While there also exists 8 1 cost cards, if on turn 2 you can keep qui-gon alive by using say deflect+force illusion then go for it!

I'm on Shoto Lightsaber instead of Vibroknife since you can block qui-gon's damage. But Shoto Saber just deals extra damage when you activate a character.
