This deck looks fun. It seems like you'd want to hard mulligan for It Binds All Things due to the cost involved in this decks cards. Agreed?

I'd agree. It should run a lot smoother with one. If not you basically just take the first turn off to play a 2 cost and go turn by turn deciding if you control or play another 2 cost.
