That's Scotty in that suit, you know...
This deck is about playing large starships quickly with Scotty -- I mean, Unkar. The Astromechs are in there to make getting damage out of Slave 1, TiE Fighter and AT-ST a sure thing. Keep in mind the TiE Pilots make your TiEs better (what a concept!) by preventing the opponent from removing the ranged damage dice as long as their dice are in the pool. Finally, you can cheat in cheaper vehicles with Quadjumpers, Docking Bay claims and of course Friends in High Places. Even though you are somewhat insulated against control with the TiE Pilots, don't be afraid to use Friends in Low Places judiciously on turns when you can get your Astromech online to help aim the big guns.
