took this to Regionals in Illinois. I had a lot of fun with this. I was to eliminate an opponent’s eVader/FOST in less than five minutes!
so Vader + Vader’s fist = murder! Almost every time I got this out it lead to victory. Whike thrawn/Snoke makes it popular. Vader makes it look good. Power action w/Vader determining the side, sooo awesome.
The people who survived it were overly joyed to win a tough battle. the Yoda/Boosh shielded up and did enough damage to claim a spot glass Snoke but the opponent’s of the Yoda spot glass pod were not as fortunate!
so it is the opposite of a naked Vader. Friends in High Places Delve and Rise Again plus Vader’s awesome dice that can be powered action in can do everything you want.
Friends in High Placeswith this deck allowed a random magic to be played in the form of a free strong upgrade, a crucial event, if you’re fortunate a FREE Vader’s Fist! With Vader’s dice and a little help from Greedo hitting a value of seven is easy to do.
Rise Again was pushed for me to do by a friend to keep Vader in for another turn plus a free light saber or dark saber from the discard pile.
If you spend the first round to ramp up possibly Delve into something big (even a Vibrocutlass on Greedo). it almost guarantees murder an opponent’s character the next turn
Darksaber is the best! unfortunately it will almost be mitigated because of its +2 bonus on Vader. if you’re lucky enough it does up to 5 damage, four die focus, and three resources.
If you see Vader’s dice roll into resource don’t hesitate anytime to snatch it up. Lack of Faith was a that saved me from many of times and is good defense to thrawn’s dice.
ultimately this deck was a lot of fun. while I dealt murder to many it still took loss to a eyoda/e #boushh twice and an ePoe/eHan and eJyn/eCassian. they played fast, action cheated, and hyperspace jumped out of danger. it was a learning lesson for sure. in hindsight it think it would be better to roll in Vader as quick as possible and hope for murder and go for Jyn, Yoda, and Poe. They can’t get second chances and are the engineers of their their deck. never ever pick their battlefield if you win the roll off.
Maybe not the best deck, but a mean deck for sure. try it out it’s a lot of fun
