Designed as a flexible deck to operate between vehicles and damage upgrades. Poe gets the Launchers and Vehicles out of hand then you either pay for them then or claim/rearm them for cheaper. If you can Hera or Poe out a Ghost and then recycle it you are usually in good shape turn 1.
The deck has about a 75% win percentage. Still tuning the mitigation suite but the base 24ish cards are all keepers IMO.
