Get both Running Interference and at least one Infamous down. In future rounds, play a weapon with ambush (using infamous if needed) on Rey for 2 additional actions, tapping RI to prevent your opponent from playing a card on their next turn. Use the first action to activate Han, tapping RI to prevent your opponent from activating a character or support on their next turn. Use the second action to claim the battlefield and hopefully deal 4-6 damage to your opponent. They cannot activate a character or play a card from their hand, and the battlefield has already been claimed so they must pass, and the round ends. rinse and repeat.
Use Hyperspace to get Secret Facility if the other battlefield was taken, use Scavenge to find the cards you need, and use Cheat to get RI back if it gets discarded. Han's ability + Hold On, Mandalorian Armor, Hunker Down, and Bad Feeling should help keep Rey alive until you can get everything set up.
Ideal opening hand: 2x Running Interference, 1x Infamous, 1x Hyperspace Jump, 1x Bad Feeling.
The one thing that breaks the lockout is if your opponent can perform an action that is called out on one of their cards. Then that frees them up to do whatever they want. Example bing if they have Hunker Down equipped on one of their characters, they can just exhaust it performing the action to add (1) shield on a character. There seem to be more and more "actions" available now.
